Hello i ve been using my computer quite a while now and this is a question i ve been wondering i have asus 7950 dcii gpu and amd fx 8150 cpu with a motherboard m5a78l m usb3 from what i can see my motherboard supports pci e 1 0 and my gpu is pci e 3 0 i ve searched the net and only found 2 0 vs 3 0 and people were saying that only gpus would bottleneck it would be titan or 7990 with a pci e 2.
